staying at baylan basmane was a great experience. the room was clean and spacious, and the heater worked perfectly during winter. they offered a delicious turkish breakfast every day and had friendly cats that the kids loved. the location is fantastic, just a short walk to shops and markets. the staff was super helpful, especially with our luggage.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Hotel Baylan Basmane! The room was big, clean, and the amenities were great. We were able to change our room before arrival with no hassle. Breakfast was fabulous, and the staff helped us with dinner orders. The WiFi was strong, which was a big plus for us.
The surrounding area wasn't the best at night.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large sun terrace perfect for family evenings. The staff were extremely accommodating, always ready to assist with our needs. However, the area outside felt less safe at night, and the internet connection was often unstable, making it challenging to stay connected. The prevalence of smoking inside the hotel significantly affects the air quality!!! Noise disturbances from machinery and the street make for restless nights!!! Cleanliness lapses in rooms a concern,!!!

Recommend it for families after a long trip
The staff were friendly, always eager to assist us. The little garden area was a surprise. It became our favorite spot to unwind after busy days, beautifully lit at night, like a hidden oasis in the chaos.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but honestly, it was alright for what we got.

Cozy stay in the city center
We had a nice time here! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The big terrace in our room was awesome for hanging out as a family. The breakfast was decent, though I wish there were more options to choose from. The area outside felt a bit sketchy at night, so maybe stay in after dark.
